Smile Let's See Your SuperCrews on 35's!

I'm looking at getting some bigger tires in the near future and can't decide which way I want to go. I was leaning toward just leaving the suspension stock and putting on some 285/70/17s, but I saw a supercrew like mine yesterday sitting on 35's. Damn it looked sweet!

I know you need a leveling kit, but can you fit them with the 1.5" or 2", or does it have to be 2.5"? I'm worried about my ball joints with the larger one.

So what I'd like to see is some pictures of SuperCrews on 35's. Post your pics and tell how you got them to fit (which size kit/brand) and if you have any rubbing. I'm looking to put them on my stock 17" wheels, but pictures of 18's will be fine too.

Sweet ride man! Do you have the new offset autospring? Do you experience any clunking at all? And how good is offroad performance with the tires filling up the wheel wells like that?
Keep 'em coming guys.

I think you have the nicest 'lifted' truck with a stock suspension set-up! Good job!

AKFx4 - I have a setup similar to yours 2.5" autospting and 1.5 in Add a leaf. And I have the set of bilsteins in the garage... I am pretty happy with the way it rides with the stock shocks... so I was having second thoughts about installing the bilsteins. (also the fronts will be a PITA to install since I didnt get them done at the same time as the Autospring). Anyway.. just wondeing if you thought the shocks were worth the trouble and if there was a noticeable diffrence.

Tardman - My truck is on 33's tires BC I couldnt find any 35/12.50r20 mud tires... I also dont know if the 35's would fit with only a leveling kit on the 20s. In the picture the truck has totally stock suspension. but now it has A 2.5 Autospring and 1.5 skyjacker add-a-leaf. I will try to get a new picture of it with the Level and add a leaf soon.

-stephen

PS I have a skyjacker add a leaf kit in my garage if you think you might want it... i was going to throw it on ebay but shipping would be a PITA. I could also give you the name of a place that installed my level kit if you need a place to do the install.

I've just got the 2" AS with 35's. No rubbing at all. I've been pretty happy with it.
