Hey Josiah...
Josiah - Heads up! This Friday is "Good Friday", and a holiday for some. Get your tail down there and get some answers. Don't let them put you off anymore.
Good Luck. Don't worry about the BBB until after you receive your stuff.

Maybe you should mention this forum to these guys and all the people who have been following your progress. I am a member of a corvette forum as well and in there a guy had bought a new crate motor. He installed it and didn't even get a mile on it when it blew. We were all watching his thread to see what the outcome would be and to help him with possible reasons why it failed. As the story went on he was not getting any satisfaction from the mfg. His thread had over a 1000 post's and to many views to count. Once he mentioned to the mfg that thousands of people were watching and waiting to see how he was treated it was amazing the turn around. I know on this post you had 269 views at last count. I know your other thread had way more than that.
I have been looking around for tires and rims for my f-150. Do you think I will call these guys!? Certainly NOT! I'm sure many others are watching as well.
Good luck....hope it truly is a good friday for you

Barg's
..now thats just funny J'BREW
I had no idea that Barq's was in CA. I thought it was just an East Texas brand. Drank Barq's as an east Texas kid, loved the root beer, orange, and grape sodas.

Thats awesome man. I loved Germany and was lucky enough to have lived there for 1 1/2 years. The wine from that area is great also. I need to get back there one of these days and stock up again

expanding on brewdude's idea:
I would definitely recommend contacting a "STORE MANAGER" instead of jumping the gun and contacting someone sitting in a corporate office.
Most of the time the people sitting in their office have no idea what is going on behind the scenes at the actual store so then they will tell you something like, "Lemme get your contact information so I can call you back once I contact the store manager with your story."
If you contact the store manager he will help you out on the spot instead of having to make the issue last a week. If you do contact the store manager just keep your cool because 100% of the time where I work the people who are total punks about their issues get the high way and end up not getting their way.
good luck sir.

Brewdude,
Warsteiner in a HUGE stein!
There was this little German place over here that loved my family (we are Uber German), you could literally drown in the steins.
However - glad to see you got your wheel issues fixed Josiah - not to go too far off topic.
