Does anyone know where I can buy this Center Console. I emailed the guy who owns this truck from Ford Truck World and he said it came stock. Its a SCAB and Ive never seen that.

Let me know if you know where to get this console.

That's just the stand XLT console that comes with the captains chairs. Pretty common. You should be able to find one on eBay pretty easy & cheap.

I doubt the "easy & cheap" part...they are a lot more people looking for them than there is consoles available. I paid around $150 for mine and based on what others sell for that was a steal.

I saw that and got the idea from that. The only thing is, when going to that site...Im wondering if I have to buy every piece or if it comes as a package where I dont have to do a piece by piece build. I just want to order it COMPLETE.

sirshan,

Go here:
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...05&catalogid=2

They show it as the following:
Description: Full-floor console w/armrest
Year: 04-06
MSRP Price: $234.88
Your Price: $176.16

They call this type of console a full-floor and the other one with the shifter is the "flow-thru"

I do not know if that includes everything or not. Give them a call. Here is their information:

Sam and Chris
Genuine Ford Parts and Accessories
2525 Texoma Parkway
Sherman, Texas 75090
866-941-FORD

Or send them a request here:

That price is for part #1 in the diagram only, by the time you buy the rest, the price goes wellover 4 bills and you still have to assemble it yourself. As far as I know, Ford does not sell that console as a complete unit, only as pieces.

BTW if you do get the console and have leather interior, a console lid from aFX$ or Lariat flow-through console will fit it and match your seats better than the plastic XLT lid.

You're welcome Ram

sirshan, this console is very easy to install, once you have it together with all the parts you need. I installed the one I had by removing the center seat and reusing the bolt holes and hardware.

Go to www.car-part.com and scour the salvage yards for one. Just enter in your truck info, search under interior parts and search for consoles. There are usually quite a few listed.

I added one to my regular cab and it's a great mod. I got mine off ebay for $200 plus shipping, expensive but worth every penny. I'd also like to add that for those thinking about doing this mod with the floor shift transfer case, that I was able to install it and have full operation of my 4wd shifter.

The kit looks cool and all ,but for those of us who have GF's who love giving road head this wouldn't be a great mod.
