Just got home from work, i'm a police officer in a crappy city in MA. I got out at 2245 and got into my black '06 with 1000 miles on her. I wait for the light at the corner of where the police station is (about 100 ft away) and go through it when it turns green. All of a sudden "BANG" I look in the mirror and some idiot dressed in all black steps of the curb and smashes the bed with his hand. He keeps walking, I turned around and jumped out. Run up to him "WTF" he clinches his fists and takes a swing.So, I drop him like a bag of dirt and call for a cruiser. This guy is bomb jones, so hammered doesnt even know what planet he's on. I tell him "you dont mess with a man's ride", to which he continues with explitives about getting clipped by me. He checks out and it turns out no damage but scratches from this dirtballs finger nails, nothing I cant buff out be just pisses me off, no respect. Just ranting thanks for listening.

 

That sucks bro at least the damage isn't permanent. I just don't understand why people feel the need to mess with somebody's vehicle.

 

At least you got to drop him like a bag of dirt... Did he get nailed for anything? Disorderly conduct?

If I push the issue, malicious damage to a m/v (regardless how little $ damage) is a felony in MA. The bigger picture is I'm going home to cut the babysitter loose whose watching my 1 yr old twins. So you cut your losses, I got my lick in and got to default to good ole' street justice. Now obviously I detest violence and wouldn't suggest that anyone else try this.
