From the looks of it those should fit the front doors of the supercrew. I don't know about the rears though.

Just looked at my truck mine have those scuff things. I don't think I've ever used them.

I bet you have and not even realized it. Its not so much of you actually stepping on them. I never do. Its more for when you get in and your foot drags across that part of the sil. Or more like when your passangers get in and are careless and run across it. Ive only had about 4 ppl in the passanger side since I got this truck and I found a small scratch on it already. Luckily it was small and buffed out and was coverd by the pads. I just couldnt imagine how they would look in a year.

No I always plant my foot on the plastic thing inside my door because it has grip. Even with the leveling kit it was a nice step up and I always try and make sure not to fall. Its a ways down.

Well, im sick right now, and after being out in the cold putting the pads on, I was coughing like a mad man, so I gave up and decided I;ll do the handles later this week. Ill post pics when Im done.
