Please don't judge me or my truck by these pictures (1) because it was already dark outside when I got home, so these pics are in my garage and (2) the flash on the camera HEAVILY accentuates the dust/dirt on the truck. It really doesn't look that bad in person, I promise!

Having said that, I give you the following:

Thanks guys......you verified that mine is f'd up. I took some pics and sent them to Mike at Undercover. I'll talk to him tomorrow and try to figure out how I can get mine replaced. This was a very big purchase for me on my budget and this whole thing is making me sick. I'd like to post some pics, but I don't know how to insert them?

Can someone tell me how? I am sure it's on the site here somewhere, I'll search around.

Also, Todzilla .....no worries.....my truck is black also.....and I swear it's pretty clean, but it looks just like your's in the pic (wish my cover looked like yours). The camera flash sure shows everything.

Maybe it is the camera angle but mine seems to be a tighter at the hinge point than that. That is all.

Mosinee - The best thing I can teach you about posting pics is to go to www.tinypic.com - use the browse button to go to the pic you want uploaded, then hit the "Host It" button.

At the bottom right of the screen you will see a bunch of boxes with links to the file you just uploaded.

Highlight the entire line where it says IMG, right click to copy. Come back in here, reply to a post like you normally would, then right click and paste in the text box, type whatever info you want besides pasting the picture, hit Submit and WALLA - Pic will be posted!

Hard to tell in the pics, yours actually looks OK from what I can tell - Is there worn areas that you can see it was cut/trimmed?

The Edges look the same there as they do on the sides? I know what your thinking and as soon as I seen the cover I noticed this and asked the shop if they trimmed it and they said no and that was the way it came. The part I really can't stand is the corner where it makes the bend..it's almost cut all the way to the top surface of the cover. Look at yours and Todzilla's the cover "wraps" around and down a little ways where mine is just the edge showing. The corners have no structure to them and are "flimsy". Without that added structure of a lip, you can grab it and move the corner in out with very little pressure.

Maybe I'm being a little ****, but this was a big ticket item for me and I think it should be right.

After seeing your pics, that is absolutely unacceptable. Something small could get in your bed!

Raise hell man, you paid a lot of money for this, and there is no reason it shouldn't be absolutely perfect for you, the customer.

Best of luck!

On top of your issues with what looks to be a cut corner (literally), to me it almost looks like the shop may have installed it too far back on the bed. I know mine is pretty much even with the front of the plastic bedrail. How much of the cover is hanging off your tailgate? If I remember the instructions correctly, there should only be about a 1/4" gap from the tailgate to the lip of the cover. Then again, it may just be the angle of the pictures.

I got a call from Mike at Undercover and they are going to replace my cover. I got to give a big thumbs up to Mike and Undercover for making this right. I have to say that Mike was about as nice as anyone I have had to talk to when dealing with situations like this. Not once did I feel that this wasn't going to be taken care of properly, in fact he thanked me for bringing this to their attention. I think that speaks volumes for the company. After speaking with Mike, I am convinced that I bought the right cover.......I only wish more companies were as concerned about customer satisfaction.
