Whats the difference with these Rancho Kits? 6589B 6588B?

Can someone explaint to me what the difference is between the two Rancho Kits made for 2004+ F150's?

Im just trying to figure out what is so different about how the truck was made before 11/04 and after 11/04?

Im buying the kit...so I just want to know. My manufacture date I think is 5/04 or something like that.

think it has something to do with the brake lines and how they are mounted in the 04s vs 05...if im wrong someone will fill us both in :thumbsup:

The Brake hoses are mounted in a different location (and longer) on Trucks built AFTER Dec 2004.

(B for Black or no letter for Red)
