Hi all. I'm going to be buying an '06 FX4 SCab and my dealer found one for me out of state with all the toys I wanted. The color of the truck is Silver Clearcoat Metallic with Dark Shadow Gray accent, and I was wondering if any of you own or have owned one with the same colors. If you do, is there a way I could see a pic or two, I'm pumped up about getting a new F-150 and I would love to see this color scheme before I make a decision. Thanks in advance for any and all replies

That's one sweet looking truck Steve, I'm gonna have one just like it sitting in my driveway real soon, I'm sold on those colors

 

I have silver and let me tell you how clean they look. My truck is so filthy with road dirt/salt right now but it looks clean from a distance.

 

That's definetely a deciding factor in choosing a color for me. I have a black '04 F-150 Heritage right now that is sweet looking, but man is it a bear to keep clean, plus the fact that it's starting to show those famous swirl marks After seeing Steve's pics, I'm telling my dealer to go ahead and get the Silver/Dark Shadow Grey for me.

I have a silver/dsg. I love it, you can look in my photo gallery(click sig) to see some exterior and interior pics. I am a big fan of silver and thought i would get a solid silver one but once i saw the two tone i was sold, just something a little different from the mono color. good luck.
