I've joined you truckers!!!

Well I've purchased my first full size truck ever yesterday! I've always been a small sports car guy, hence my handle as I still have my '91 Turbo, and am moving to the Ford from a Lexus IS300, but with 3 young kids to haul around I had to go bigger and the F150 fit the bill. I got a fully loaded stock Lariat Crew Cab that I have some plans for as I really liked the Regency versions the dealer had, but not the fact that they use the base model trucks for their coversions. From what I've seen I can do everything they did after the fact yet still have all the extra features I wanted from Ford. I'm still kinda in that did I do the right thing state of mind but I know I had to so this was just a shout out to everyone, HELLO!

I did a search (so don't kill me fellas) already but didn't find anything. What is this Regency conversion you speak of?

They basically just do the aftermarket upgrades for you at a cost. The truck I liked had a Borla twin side out exhaust, 20" Foose wheels and tires, carbon interior accents, Ground Effect 3/5 lowering set up, but this was an additional $9K! From what I've seen most of it can be done for less, you just don't get to take it home already set up!
