I don't like the look when the front of the truck appears lower than the rest of it. If you're going to get cladding for the sides and rear I say go for it, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

I agree with the side skirts/Cladding, but would paint the front bumper if I had a dark color truck. Example (not the best photoshop but you get the idea.)
