Anyone else hate where the OD button is?

I am continously accidently hitting it and turning OD off. I dont notice until I'm running along on the Interstate and hear the engine running hard. Anyone else think its in a Bad Spot ?

I don't, nor do I understand how you are accidentally hitting it. Also there are two locations, floor shifter and column shifter, which one are you reffering to?

I am continuiously hitting mine by accident. I wish the button was recessed deeper in the shifter on the column.

I have the floor shift, but my wife's '03 Explorer has it on the end of the shifter. I have never accidentally hit either one.

My wife has bumped it a couple times playing with the sound system.
Not a real problem, but it would be better if it was slightly firmer.

I have had that happen to me with the column shift....alot. I have thought to myself everytime that it was strange that I hit it where it is. My expedition is in the same spot and Ive never had it happen in there. ....

I like it were it is, I don't like the display, on the 04 F-150 theirs no light to indicate the OD is off, you have to look at that tiny box underneath the speedometer..

Mine has orange letters on the dash. Never looked at the info box to see if it is also in there.
