Throttle lag in 4wd low?

First of all, thanks guys for explaining what's going on! I didn't read the brochure, just looked at the pretty pictures! (lol) That being said, does anyone know if there is a way to over-ride or reprogram this out? any help would be greatly appreciated!

The throttle is recalibrated when you are in 4WD to improve driveability and torque control. In other words you have to give it more pedal to achieve the same acceleration.

it also does the same thing if you pull trans down into first gear....throttle response goes away big time ... in 2 or 4 wheel drive

I have the same thing with my truck. And when you are half way down with the pedal it then reacts like it is supposed to , half way down. I do t even get any rpm s till half way down. In 4 low in every 4x4 I have ever owned ( Jeep ford Chevy Toyota) all I had to do was let up off the break/ and or clutch and it went on it’s own with no gas pedel. I’m at lost here
