Dyno: low end torque?

I got this off the Magnaflow site. This is the Magnaflow 16612 that MT sells. Mike states that it does not lose torque at any rpm. Does this dyno prove you still have low end torque? Why does this dyno start at 3000 rpm? I want to see the results from idle (700 rpm) to 4000 rpm. I would think that would be more representing of the low end torque.
Does anyone have this Magnaflow set up...and do you lose low end torque?
