What do you all think of these rims?

Hey...it's his money and if that is the look that makes him happy, more power to ya.

Personally, I think the big rims and low-pro tires look good on a lowered truck. I don't think they look right on a FX4 or 4x4. Of course, that is my opinion...it's not my truck.

I figured most of you guys may not like them, I wasn't sure myself, but thought I'd put it out there anyway. I had won a set of 2006 OEM 20's but the seller has been uncommunicative to me as far as how they would be shipped and what carrier. I had told the seller I would need a few days after auction close to paypal the money. I have since had the money but have been reluctant to send it due to the sellers non-communicative status. I have sent numerous email telling the seller I am ready to pay and again, the shipping questions. This has gone on 2 weeks now. I refuse to send a grand over the wire without answers to my questions. In my mind, non communications equals the seller has changed their mind on the sale or they have no rims. I am just not comfortable, being afraid that I will lose my cash. I do want the OEM stockers, but really the Harleys, but they are too expensive. What are your guys thoughts on the ebay thing, should I let it go or send the money and hope I get the rims?

If I were you I wouldn’t send a dime until you hear something from the guy.

BTW the new pics of your truck are great, it's really looking good.

Why do you want OEM wheels anyway, so you look like all of the other F150's that have same wheels?? Why dont just be unique and get some aftermarket wheels???

FX&EX, I don't like the wheels. Are you going with AT/MT or street tires? I agree with TXF150, go with aftermarket wheels VS OEM. You have alot of time and $$ invested in your truck, just keep seaching and posting wheels for us to help you out, im sure you will find the perfect one's

I can't thank you guys enough for your opinions. I have to decided to wait a bit until the right wheels comes along. I do like the OEM 20's and the OEM look, but to get aftermarkets, they have to be the "perfect" wheel. I'll keep looking!

Tuff, let me know when you get your flares, I've emailed Scott a few times about when he's shipping them. No response. Later!
