Yes.
The stabilizers wont work with the sock wheel backspacing, however a non lifted truck with aftermarket wheels having 5" backspacing will work, otherwise the bracket hits the wheel.

Hey! I resemble that remark.
These stabilzers are good you guys, try a set -they only like $75, same as a tank of gas,lol
I have the lift with them but have helped 2 others install this mod on the nonlifted with the offset wheels. It does seem to help the nibble thing some.
if not,You can always take em back off and sell em on ebay

How hard would it be to install it on my truck with the Rancho lift? and where did you find it for only $75, cheapest I found was $141.

where did you find them for $141? I'm tempted to put the stock wheels back on to see if I have the nibble with them. I have read a few post about an updated rack in later model trucks. My truck has an early 04 build date.

I'm having the same problem and will have to do the same thing. I wonder how hard it,s going to be to get the dealer to replace my rack.

I didn't have the nibble with stock bfgoodrich tires on, but as soon as I installed 33 inch **** cepek tires it started. I then switched back to the stock tires for the winter and it went away. Seem to be very sensitive to different types of road surface and aggressive tires. This spring when I put the bigger tires back on I'm going to try and put on the stabilizer. Has anyone ever changed out the power steering fluid to a different type like lucas or something. Sometimes stock oils are very thin. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I was told the power steering fluid in the new trucks is simple ATF trans fluid.

How hard do you think the installation would be on my truck?
and how much did you end up paying if you don't mind me asking?

Hey Screw2004, Can you post some pics of your install? Was it a pretty easy modification?

Good luck putting a steering stabilizer on a truck with rack and pinion steering. If you are putting it on any truck to fix a nibble or vibration it is just a band aid fix. A properly aligned and balanced front end should not need a steering stabilizer.
