It is a 4wd isn't it? If so why doesn't it have tow hooks? I thought all 4wds came with tow hooks...was it an option on the the non-Lariat and Fx4 models?

Nope, its a 2wd.

All 4WDs come with tow hooks from the factory.

I have seen these tires on the factory 18'' FX4 wheels and will be putting them on mine tommorrow.
