I live in PA so these will do but I've had studded snows in the past and nothin stops on ice but the studded ones. Good luck.

No, my brother just put them on his 05 FX4 screw. They look great and there is still plenty of room in wheel wells. I put his used stock Goodyear Wrangler AT/S tires on my 05 Lariat screw. ( only 9k rotated miles on them ). I had 15k on the stock BFG Rugged Trails. Noticed immediately the Wranglers are not as good traction as the stock bfg rugged trails in the rain. Also, instead of the normal 3 foot burnout at one of my favorite stop signs with the rugged trails, I can spin them across the entire intersection. Gonna leave them on for the winter though, cost 90 bucks for the mounting and road force balancing at dealer. They look better and wider footprint ( LT's versus P ) but I am sold on the bfg tire performance overall and will be putting the same all terrains on my truck after the holiday's...

I want studable winter tires, not all seasons. I obviously live in the north, so i should not hear from ye southerners braging about how u don't know what snow is, just like i won't brag that i do not know what Hurricanes, tsunamies, and tornados are.
