front shock lower bushing

has anyone looked at their bushing at the lower mount to A-frame? mine looks like it is out of shape ...like too much pressure is being applied to it. in other words the bolt that goes thru it is not in the center anymore, but i can't tell if there is any play in the bushing....check yours out! i just wonder if that is why this thing rattles up front all the time? sounds like a damn sway bar is loose. Maybe at 65 k i need to go to bilsteins!!!

Mine seems to be fine, I'd think about getting some new shocks to see if that fixes your problem/concern.

seems kinda weird to have all that weight resting on one bushing per corner..

After 65K, any shock would be an improvement. And shocks do not support all that weight. Your last post makes no sense whatsoever. You might want to read up on how shocks work and what they do (or don't do).

they aren't shocks up front, they are struts , so yes they do support all the weight since they are a coil over design and if you would look at your front suspension you....opps we are discussing FORD trucks , not volares...sorry.
