Diggler, I'll be there, and my truck will be on display, feel free to check it out, it'll have an f150online sticker on it
I'd offer to show you around Vegas, I've only been there about a dozen times, but I'll be broke as usual this year, LOL.

Lumadar, to answer your question, no, average joes can't just get their vehicle in the show. You have two options. A company with a booth there can put your vehicle in their booth (booths cost several thousand dollars, which is why the "best of the best" vehicles are at this show). The other option is a company there with a booth, can put your truck out in front for $300. Again, thats a lot of money to just put some crap truck/car in... LOL.

Technically, the show is trade-only. But you can go to http://www.semashow.com and register even if you are not a member of SEMA. You just have to demonstrate you are in the auto industry in some capacity. The cost to register prior to the show is $15.

Steve,
Send me your info (cell and hotel) and I will add you to our excel file.
teknics at truckblog.com
Yes, Mandalay bay.....oh what a night
Edit:
Not to rain on anyone's parade, but this year "security" is more strict. They are asking for a business license and stuff this year. Pre-registration is now closed (it was extended an extra week last week) and it cost $50 at the door.
