Just finished looking at the new 06 build and option sheet on the Ford web page. Would'nt ya know it.....They have a chrome package option for the Lariat this year. I just and I mean just bought an 05 Supercab and an 05 Supercrew both Lariats two weeks ago. It was a result of Hurricane Katrina and boy did I hate to see my 03 Lariat Supercab go to salvage. Anyway, does anyone know the part numbers for the 06 18" Chorme Lariat wheels and the Chrome mirror cap? I know...I am old school, like my white letters out and prefer chrome over paint. Thanks in advance for any help.

 

They are a whole mirror ia an assy.

Ford is gonna want up the *** for wheels, ebay will be the best bet.

 

Thanks for the heads up on the mirrors. Yeah, I am afraid Ford is gonna really zing me if I try and buy them through a dealer. I just really wanted the chrome wheels, always loved that about my 03. Oh well, maybe they will start showing up on E-bay in a few months. Thanks asinatra!

 

Check some wheel repair guys in your area, they might know where to get your stock wheels chromed.

 

Look in the back pages of an auto magazine and there a usually a couple ads for a couple places that will chrome you rims. I know I have seen them in Motor Trend in the past
