Can I install the interior rail system in my supercab?

My truck did not come with the rail system installed. Is there a way I can add this feature?

I know that the headliner would need to be cut in a few spots. I would contact your dealer though, you may get a quick answer that way. Not sure if anyone here added one after the fact.
