Magnaflow SIDO with Old Vette Syle Tips

Anyone have a catback SIDO with old vette style tips? I think the rectangle tips would be a different look over the round ones. Besides, the truck is boxy and has a lot of straight lines, so the exhaust would compliment the truck design.

Anyone have pictures? I can't seem to find any to make a decision on it. Also, would the tips make a difference in sound level?

Thanks, yeah I went to the magnaflow website and they called them camaro tips. Either way I was kinda close....haha. They are EXPENSIVE!!!! $200 for a set. Big too, 2 inches tall and 8 inches wide, 11 inches long. I'd still like to see a pic of them on a truck to see how they look.

LT1 powered Camaro and Corvettes both had these tips.

I asume you want chrome or stainless tips...right? If not factory black ones are dirt cheap. If you want chrome ones watch ebay they show up on there pretty regular: LT1 Chrome Tips

So nobody has or knows of where I can see some pictures? Or knows if this setup would be louder than a normal Maggie SIDO?

The only ones I have seen are those on magnaflows website. I saw them on a dodge once and they looked like **** in my opinion.
It might be a little louder. I would think it would be a bit more raspy by the looks of them.

Neighbor up the road has the rectangle tips on his Lariat Screw, he has them exiting one on each side behind the rear wheels. I don't know what muffler he is using, but it sounds ok to me, not raspy...

You've got to be kiding me. I've been all over this site and other sites and can't find one F150 with this style exhaust. Anyone out there have or know of where pics of these could be installed on our trucks?

Those look horrible in my opinion. Probably why you won't see very many on this site.

Well I don't think I'm crazy about the magnaflow round tips either. I wonder if there is an oval tip out there, which would strike a happy medium. A tip almost in the shape of the Ford emblem.

I like them. And will probably get them for my truck in the next few months. Here's a pic.

Just matches the truck more than the round standard ones that magnaflow provides.
