Tires and wheels

Ok I really need some help on this one guys. I am in the market for some wheels and tires and I am going to go with the Moto Metal 951s 18 inch for my wheels and I want to got with Toyo Open Country A/T's. My question for you, my friends, buddies, and compadres, is what size will work best on my truck:

33 X 13.0 18
35 X 13.0 18

I have the Front leveler on the front and I have heard that 35's will fit. I prefer the 35's but if I have to cut or if there is alot of rub at full lock then I'll go with the 33's.

Thanks for the help.

What are we talking about here, a 2wd or a 4wd?

Neither of those tires sizes will look right 13 inches wide. That's really wide. Try sticking to 12.50s as they are more common and less likely to cause rubbing issues. 13 wide is usually for 37s and up.

Both of those tires look great. However, since you are going with aftermarket wheels, go with the 33's. Most of the people who are running 35's with a leveling kit are using the OEM wheels. Remember, wheel width and backspacing are as important to fitment as tire size. Also, if you have a 4x2, I'm not sure the 33's will fit with those wheels.

Sorry I should have specified. My truck is a 2004.5 (new body style) 4x4 supercrew, Lariat.

do they even make 33x13. i think they will be 33x13.50. or 325/60/18 wich is the same. i did not want to go with that wide a tire so finding 18's in an all terrain tread was impossible, so i settled for 17's. if your wheels have a 5.5 inch backspace the 13.50's should look good with minimal trimming needed ,if any,but only with the 33's. 35x13.50's would require a lot of trimming.

Jaso, thank for you info. I got those sizes from the Toyo website. I know what you mean finding an all terrain in 18 inch is pretty tough. Sounds like everyone is recommending the 33's, so 33 it is!
