Freshly waxed, impressed with the results

Thought I'd post this here as well for those that don't frequent the Detailing Forum. I started out with a nice zip wax wash (been using it for years but wanna try the Gold Class Wash) with a Meguairs Deep Pile Mit, clay bar'd with Mothers Clay, Meguairs Polish, Meguairs NXT Paste, then topped it off with Meguairs Carnuba for a good seal. Pictures don't do it justice. Breathtaking in person. Enjoy!

looks great! You should think about getting your front door windows tinted to finish off the black on black look.

Looks great!

I like the fact your wheel wells are clean and detailed

Not everyone pays attention to things like that, but I do.....and im pretty sure RockPick might.

Great job FX4&EXCURSION!!!

Hey RP,

I think he's giving you a run for your money in terms on who has the cleaner truck! haha, j/k. I'll be dropping you an email soon with a couple of questions about exhaust. I know you're uber busy, but whenever you have the time I'd appreciate it!

Thanks,

Duke

First and foremost, that's NOTHING to kid about!!!

Secondly, I think he has me beat at the moment. Having only put around 50 miles on my truck over the past 2 months does that to a vehicle... I hesitate to tell the group this but, I've only washed my truck ONCE in the past 3 months.... yes, once.

I don't know Rock, your King Ranch certainly looks like the King! 04REDLARIAT, yes I am ultra picky about wheels wells as I wash them out, aprons, suspension components, and behind the wheels inlcuded. Personally dirty wells on an otherwise smokin clean ride is a major peeve of mine, kinda like getting yourself cleaned up nice and having long finger nails with dirt under em. hehhe. ANAHEIM, took me about a day, but that's with breaks and taking my time to eliminate wax residue between stages. Thanks for the kinds comments. You guy's trucks rock.

I'm hearing you! I purchased my new F150 the last week of June and it is sitting in my garage right now with only 325 miles on the odometer and all the dust and dirt that was on it when I picked him up from the dealer!

I'm waiting for some spare time and (most importantly) some cooler temperatures to reach the Houston area so I can truly enjoy the "first time" with my new baby!
