As most of you know, I have been looking rigorously through ebay and cars.com among many places of interest for a 2004 F150 with these details:

• 2004 4x4 F-150 Lariat Supercrew
• Black Exterior/Black Interior
• Sunroof/Moonroof
• *Power Sliding Rear Window

• 2004 F-150 FX4 Supercrew
• Black Exterior/Black Leather Interior
• *Sunroof/Moonroof
• *Power Sliding Rear Window

*=Preferred but Optional

Any location within the Continental US is acceptable, I may get it shipped but I prefer CA (anywhere in CA).

Don't worry about prices, I'll give them offers and if they accept my offer, and you referred them to me, I'll send you a crispy $100 bill, if there is easier money to be made on the internet then maybe I am looking in the wrong places. You have my word. I am just getting impatient, I rarely find what I want, maybe 3 trucks have been perfect matches in 4 months, 2 on Ebay, 1 on Cars.com.

This is the closest listing as to what I want, that I can find.

I really appreciate your guys' help and I am expecting someone to bash this thread, but we're all Ford lovers and I need a vehicle quick, whatever I get next will be my ride for some time and I've studied the crap out of F150's and my future mods, this is what I want.

And if those searches yield to no availability, try this:

• 1997+ F-250/F-350 (non-dually) Lariat 4x4 or FX4
• Diesel Only (7.3L Preferred)
• Silver (if available), Black, White or Dark Blue
• Tan or Black Interior (Black GREATLY preferred but may only be in HD trim)

A question, is it cheaper to increase performance on a diesel than it is on the 5.4L V8 in the F150's. I know the chips generate 100+hp at the flip of a switch and can be turned back to save gas (talk about feeling the difference).

I am strongly considering a +/-'00 F-250 because after lifting, the gas milage will be comparable to a stock F150 (just my gathered opinion, please don't comment against).

I have a very similar goal to this ebay listing with an F250.

oh if you try this link to ford direct you can put your zip code in and state and it will list all the dealers arround you and list them in order from closest to farthest and you can pic on those dealers and browse there inventory.

That dealer is very stingy about pricing, but it IS what I want. I could never get him to come low enough, but thanks for the link. You won't find anything I haven't found on Ebay, I check it several times daily for Lariats, not so much for Fx4's or F-250's, that is why I'm asking you to search your local listings (papers, dealers, anything). It's an easy $100 so it's up to you. I checked out the previous link and sent them an email, we'll see. Thanks for trying guys.

 

hey...try looking in Canada....your US dollar can buy a lot here...as for importing to the U.S.A I don't know if you have to pay a duty...stupid thing is all 04 and up F-150 are made in the states...( not beratting the U.S.A. ) .If you bring a car/truck into canada, you have to pay a duty tax + GST on the estamated value....and the canadian government decides that....If this peaks a intrest, on a serch engine type Ford dealers in Canada.....

 

That one from Sioux Falls Ford is in really good condition. I went and took a look at it and it's a really clean/straight vehicle. Contact Mike Friske, and tell him Kevin Tomsovic sent ya. I bought my 05 KR from him, and he really took care of me. If you buy it tikka deserves the hundo.

JOSIAH...have you asked your local dealer to find one for you? you should go talk to the used car manager and tell him exactly what you want and what your price range is and they can find it for you at another dealer or at the auction. That may be the easiest way for you!! Just a thought.

I just tried calling to no availability, I'll try in the morning, unless they get my email first. I doubt I can get them down much in price because it is marked so high. I really hate to deal with dealerships because of so many previous experiences, and I can find the same truck for much cheaper from the average local, besides, warranty's do me no good as I plan to mod heavily.
