Wow, so most of this lengthy install has been due to getting correct hardware from Stage8 including some semi-custom stuff, and problems with and surrounding the stuff. My leaks were mostly at the collectors where the locking collector bolts were sinking into the collectors instead of tightening up, the result, 2 stripped bolts and not tight collectors. I'm finishing up the install now, leaving the fenderwells off for another day or two and continuing to drive it, then I'll lock up all the hardware and be done. My impressions, the sound is awesome, plain and simple (I do need an intake now though to really use them) however the gains don't seem to be too impressive feeling overall though I haven't hooked up the X2 yet. The highway instant power feel is there though just like my previous Ranger I put headers on. I'll see if I can get around to a write up here in the next few days...overall, holy pain in the ares of an install.

Sweet. So now that you've all lost interest as I have, it's now a good time to let you know I won't be posting more on this subject until I'm done, and I have to do half of it over.

I had a burn-through on the gasket that came with the headers so my last leak is coming from the passenger side block so the header needs removing and gasket replaced, the worst side possible. I think my patience is about null. Did I say it still sounds incredible?

hang in there! I'm pulling for you!! You only have to take out the middle bolts, most gaskets have slots on the end (Big help i know.. ) Buy the best gaskets possible so they wont burn through before you can tighten them down.
