That video is out of hand!! That supercharger sounds sweeeet

 

That is a pretty cool video. Its just to bad that the guy driving the GT was letting everybody around him. You can see at one spot where he was waving the lightning around. But he didn't go.

whats that whining noise? is that the supercharger? awsome video. i dont think that driver in the gt was very good tho. a little too cautious.

 

That whine is from the supercharger though not all of them make that sound. You have to try really hard in order to hear the Vortech s/c in my Cobra. The guy driving the GT was an engineer on his 3rd run around the track.

 

All that video does is make me want my Lightning back in the worst way! Sweet video thanks for the post.

 

Makes me wish I still had my L too, if it hadne been such a pile of crap Id still own it. Gotta love the whine of a roots blower, its addictive.

I still think about and miss mine ALL the time. It's been over a year now, but I hope in 2007 that hole will be filled by the new gt500 (Shelby)!

Ahhh, a fellow CC'r...think I noticed another one or two around here too. Nice how the GT turns into a "spec" instantly at will

 

I like the video, but it has absolutely nothing to do with 2004-2005 F-150's. Maybe it will get moved to General Discussion or the Lightning forum so that more people could enjoy it.
