how many 05's have a moon roof?
 

My dad is looking to buy a 05 f150....We were looking at an fx4 super cab with a moon roof and heated leather seats, back up warning sensors and side step bars. Very nice truck...it also has a console. I was wondering who all has a moon roof and how common is it on these trucks? We were really impressed with this truck and might be getting it in a day or two. :rocker:

My '04 has it and I love it.

The only thing I wish I would of got, well that and the chrome 04 rectangle nerf bars.

My 05 has a moon roof. I freakin love it.

I ordered mine with the moon roof. :)

Uh, a FX4 cant come with heated seats.

Wouldn't order/buy another truck without it.

There is nothing better than sliding the moon roof back and opeing the back glass for a nice quiet breeze through the truck.

I also, wouldn't buy another vehicle with out it.

I got one, too!! It was one of the options I had to have when I was shopping for one. The one Lariat out of about 20 they had that I liked just happened to have one. :thumbsup: :rocker:

In Colorado, there are few, if any, KRs without a moonroof. It's not an option that I'd ever order, but it was on the truck I bought. I'd much rather have had the DVD system, but finding one of those is nearly impossible around here.

So far, in the 3 weeks I've owned my truck, I haven't used my moonroof. It's too hot. I don't even open the sun shade, because that just lets more hot sun in. Maybe in fall and winter it will become more useful. Who knows.

Same here, however I used the ***** out of it through fall, winter and spring.

It was a truck a customer ordered from the dealer and they had the heated seats put in locally, and the customer ordered a super crew...but the dealer ordered a super cab, and the customer decided not to get it. So it is a super cab fx4 with heated leather seats, chrome side step rails or running boards or whatever, a power moon roof, reverse sensors, it's a console, power sliding rear window and all the other goodies. That's why it has heated seats and it's an fx4...it wasn't a factory option.

LOVE the moonroof!!! It is almost always open and it makes the truck feel so different. My friend has one without the moonroof and it feels more cramped inside. I had to give up the DVD to get the moonroof but it was well worth it. The DVD screen was way too small anyway and I can have them installed in the seats later.

GET THE MOONROOF!!!
