Hi Guys, IF anyone used an existing hole in the firewall to run the power cable which hole. I've been trying to do this for a ever using an existing hole and its frustrating the sh&^ out of me. I'm trying to run it down the pass side without drilling a new hole. If I have to drill then where? :help:

pull up the carpet on the passenger side around the area of the passenger's feet. THere's a hole and a plug there which I ran mine through...

Big one on the drivers side too. Also a small one that you could run a battery cable through under each door sill.
Use the one inbred used by choice though.

Yes, pull up passenger side door sill, back toward the rear there is a rubber plug that you can use. I pulled the plug out, drilled a small hole in it, and pushed my power wire through that so it was still sealed agaist the plug. Run it along the frame rail to the battery and you're good.

i ran mine under the truck to where the jack is,theres a hole there for it with a grommet.it also is good becuase power cables can interfear with low leve lines creating grounding noise, its best to keep the power cable isolated.

I ran my power wire on the driver side. The carpet was pre-notched out for the rubber graumet in the fire wall. All you have to do is remove that carpet piece and then the rubber graumet will be exposed. Then you'll be on your way to becoming deaf! :rocker:
