I'd be up for some kind of "f150online" badge -- provided it was tastefully done. Although I think that would be the problem right there -- getting one design that enough people would find "tasteful" might be easier said than done! Honestly though, with all the guys (and gals?) that post on this forum, I can't believe 300 emblems would be THAT unworkable of a number to sell at a reasonable price (?).

I have to admit though, I'd rather have some kind of "f150online" badge that was sized so it could be mounted in the opening that is left when you pull the coin holder from the dashboard of the new F150's -- now THAT would be cool!!!

Thanks for the options... I like the 'old school' V8 for the 1955 truck but, I may keep looking. UK isn't an option.

Removing the KR badge isn't an option either... I like it back there. Plus, I'd have holes to deal with if I removed it thus yielding a much larger project than I'm willing to undertake.

As for the customs... not sure that's an option guys. All of that would need to be run through Steve as he owns the name and the site. Just don't see it happening... 300 is a BUNCH of emblems...
I wonder if the FX4 badges could be acetoned......That would look pretty cool with all chrome 4X4, or even paint them yourself, there are several options there......

I just bought my truck thats the first thing I noticed was the tail gate then I noticed the opening under the grill didn't like that either.

No problem guys. They are working up a quote for me for some custom badges. I'll be converting my FX4 into a one of a kind, and was looking for custom emblems. I guess this website is popular over at ford truck world. I found out about it through www.mysporttrac.com

Let us know the quality and service when you get your emblems!

Check my gallery. This is a solution I came up with. It's not huge but it's a little something that helps draw your eye to the other side of the tailgate.

Why don't you add this to your tail gate. It seems to be the cool thing to do.

RP, just go to your dealer and ask for one of their stickers to balance things out.

Better yet, I'll peel mine off and send it to you.

RP,

If you're going to have a custom emblem made, how about having one of those fine point hammers that you dig around with made miniature and shaved flat? You know, a rock pick.

Believe it or not, I've already looked into something like that... Great minds think alike...
