HAS ANYONE DONE ANY UPGRADES TO THE 4.6L? WHAT HAS MADE THE MOST DIFFERENCE WITH POWER?

Most have done exhaust, and like it, some have done intake, and like it, some have just put a low resistance muffler on, and a K&N air filter and liked it.
Underdrive pulleys and E-fans are also popular here.

Not much in the way of bolt ons that this forum doesn't like.
Do some searches on each of those things and get more info than you can handle.

recently put an AF1 intake, and noticed a nice increase off the line. most of my driving is windy roads, so i like the new found response powering out of cornors. this mod seemed to add more to throttle response than the exhaust mods. next comes the tuner!

 

I love my 4.6L, would love to get a little more out of her good ideas above!

Dude, no offense but your truck is slow, mine was faster than that stock. It took you like 8 seconds to get to 45mph (70kph)
