I pulled up at my nephew's apartment and saw a guy polishing his brand new '05 XLT Supercrew.

He was so into it he did not realize the world around him. I jump out of mine and yell "Hey, nice TRUCK" (trying to show off a little).

He said "THANKS!!!" and turned to look, his jaw dropped and he said "OH Sh**".

I told him I really meant it.

I really did mean it too. All '04s and '05s are great looking trucks and anyone who has one should be damn proud.

Yes this is a stupid thread but we're all winners.

I prefer khakis and a polo shirt while puddle-hopping in my Lariat.

Kind of like a FX4 with

a heated seat package...oh wait you cant do that....
leather captains' chairs...oh wait you cant do that....
power driver & passenger seats...oh wait you cant do that....
home link systems...oh wait you cant do that....

Hey can you guys get cruise control?

Just a little correction:

Fx4's can get leather captains chairs and drivers power seats.
since I have them I just thought I would correct you.

As for the best looking truck, I'm must say my own (FX4)

I'm sorry folks. I cant understand why one would "slam" a truck. Can someone help me understand that. I can understand the hot rod street scene thingy that kids do now days, but to destroy a truck by sitting it on the ground is insane. How in the hell are you gonna tow a boat?

What are you driving, a Lexis.

As mentioned you can get leather and drivers power seat. As far as Homelink you can add it yourself for $50. BTW, My last Ford was a Lariat and the leather seats suck in the AZ heat. Still can't handle all that chrome, wood trim, and the color choices sucks.

When it comes down to it we are all winners cause we like our trucks.

Actually the main reason I like leather is something Raoul told me about....FART RESONANCE. It seems you get much better tone and whatnot on leather than on cloth seats. Turns out he's right!!

You just hook it up to the hitch on the back of the truck and go. Why is that so difficult to understand?

Lift it, lower it, who cares? Just dont leave it stock.
