The total diameter according to BFG website is 34.4, the stock tire size will vary but the largest size you can get stock is just under 33s (I think).
Yes you can up the gear ratios to keep it the same, but from my experience with the lift, it is not needed. If you were thinking about doing your gears, I would say try it out first, then think about regearing.

Like one that says, "I know BigSherm so leave my tinted windows alone!" Or "DC police supporter...please dont give me a ticket" Problem with working for the govt is it gets you out of trouble everywhere but DC...here everyone works for the friggen govt.

Eddy! First of all, bad *** truck. Good choice of add ons.
Now, if you could do me a huge favor and give me the phone number of the dealership where you got those tires? Ive already called some of the dealerships in AZ, but they say that they dont have any. AND, since Ill be in the DC area for training for another month, I would waste no time in picking up a pair of pretty much brand new tires for 400 bucks. If you want, email me @ valdezford@hotmail.com Thanks in advance, RV

I purchased the lift from 4wheelparts.com. I waited till they had a decent deal too. At this time the deals will probably start rolling in when the weather starts to get bad. The deal I got was 15% off and free truck freight. To maximize savings on this, I bought different peices to the puzzle over time. In April I bought the lift, June I bought the wheels, July the tires and then in August and Sept I saved up for the labor to get it all put it. A very very nerve racking process (especially looking at all these parts not in my truck) but in the end I saved a lot of money and debt. For anyone on a budget like I was, I would say buy parts over time from now till winter and you should be able to get the thing put in even cheaper than I did. At least around here, shops prices go way down once the snow hits the ground.
