Why...has he got a bicycle ??

I think you'll find it's "Peddle" !!

You may or may not be right about the goods offered but it's a liitle unwise to suggest that in a public forum.

Three B... you say you know you are not in the right spot, then go ahead and post anyway !! (Having made an identical post yesterday !!)

PS Ever thought of using punctuation, or capital letters at the start of a sentence ?!

Yep spelling was wrong....My grammar is not as good as my common sense.
Big problem on the net is the ability to fence stollen goods. I am sorry if I offended anyone but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck.

Hi

You certainly didn't offend anyone.

However right you may be you still need to be aware of making suggestions of that nature in a public place......

Not to start anything! But we still have the freedom of speech last time I looked.....My suggestion that these items were hot is my opinion and I will express myself until the moderators or owner of this site tells me differently. When somebody seem like they are taking advantage of where I like to play I get very opinionated and the web is just chuck full of opinions.

Fair enough....you are entitled to your opinions.

The US is a very litigious country and all I was trying to do was gently suggest that there are things it would be wise not to say in a public forum.

If, as on this occasion, you were suggesting that items might be of a dubious nature then if it could be proven they weren't, it might not be taken as simple opinion...more let's say libel !

If you can afford those risks all well and good.
I think you have unnecessarily got on your "high horse", and taken offence where non was intended.
I was merely trying to help as someone who has many years experience in these forums and has seen people come to grief before with careless opinions.

(PS. I do happen to be a judge as well.....so have a "little" understanding of the law !!)

Why do we care so much about liability's than checking out a "possible" theft?
Don't take me wrong but if we went to court over my last post it would be a big waste of our courts time...You being a Judge must realize the pettiness of your liable statement. I am only a lay person that hires expensive "guns" when it comes to any legal dispute....These fellows have shown me that doing things the "right" oh I'll refraise that "the legal way" pays off big.
I am a Builder and have been since 1968. I love getting sued it is something I sort of like since you can't hit anybody! LOL I feel that to really hurt someone you go for the wallet. I have have never lost a legal battle, but there is alway a first time and it would be kind of funny losing a liable case about stating someone might be selling hot alarms!
