Jag
I'm not going to say that LuckyCharm13 is getting the mileage he claims, but I've lifted a few trucks myself, and have had varying results.
My last one (dodge 2500) did gain about 1.5 mpg on the freeway once I put it up on 35s. I attribute that to the fact that it brought my rpms down when cruising 80.
My point is not to say that the same thing will happen with an F150, but rather that you shouldn't jump to judgement...

Ok,
What do I have to gain by making up my gas mileage?
I watch this very carefully and have tested all speeds on the highway to get the best mileage. If I drive 65, the real 65 not speedo because it is off by 5mph, my RPM's are at 1400, damn near the peak horse power and torque for this motor, set the cruise and guess what? Great fuel economy. The start and stops to get the big rubber moving is what kills the MPG.....

That's why I say BS. You're claiming the same CITY mpg that I'm getting. City driving is a lot of starting and stopping, thus your mileage should suffer and it appears it isn't. The EPA fuel economy on the window sticker was 14mpg city and you say you get almost that with 35's? If I knew I could put on bigger tires and my mileage not suffer, I would do it in a heartbeat. I can't see it happening.

Looks nice. How do you like those procomps? I put on Procomps 35" about 4 months ago and mine run great. The guy that put the same on an H1 made me think nothing better and I guess he belived it because he bought some for his truck after installing mine.
