That looks bad ***! I knew 33" tires with a six inch lift wouldnt look too bad!
Im still only going to put on Ranchos 4" lift with 33"s. It should fill the void alittle bit more. Cant wait for the better pics XTREME,

Just a small warning about the Rancho lift for our trucks. I just got mine back from the shop and they discovered that the CV boot will hit the lower control arm when the wheel is at full droop (i.e. wheel is off the ground).

They tested it and said I probably shouldn't worry about it unless I was lifting my wheel off the ground a lot. Sounds like the rubber from the boot touches the lower control arm. "Hit" might be too strong of a word.

Anyone else with the lift notice this?

I guess I won't be doing any rock crawling.

I'll try to post some pictures of my truck when I get a chance.

Rancho 4" with adjustable coilover shocks
315/70R17 BFG tires
17" Eagle Alloys
LEER shell
4.56 gears

When I get the money, next will be a hidden Warn winch and light bar (I am broke right now).

Anza Borrego here I come.... when it cools down of course

Heavy,

Welcome to the Rancho club.... your truck looks awesome! I have the same tires as you but still with 3.73 gears. I desperately need your feedback on gas economy as soon as you go through a tank or two.... I'm getting 10.5 right now and its killing me.

Also, did you get your speedo/ recalculated? If so, with what device or service? Thanks!

The wheels are 17x9.

Schmidty, the speedo has not been recallibrated. The guys at the shop said that Hypertech is coming out with a programmer in a month or so. I would guess that the mileage would also be off since that is controlled by the computer as well. This may be why you think you are getting such horrible gas mileage. Until I get that thing recallibrated I don't think I could trust my mileage.

One thing I can say for sure is the 4.56 gears are awesome. They actually feel a little better than the original 3.73s with stock tires believe it or not. More get up an go but not over-done. The rpm seems very fine, about stock on the freeway (judging by noise). I have no complaints so far.
