Ride height

How does Ford make the 2004 4x4 ride higher than the 4x2? I'm guessing there are taller blocks in the rear, but what about the front? Taller springs? Longer spindle? Lower mounting points? Anyone have an answer?
Thanks.

looks like almost 2" blocks in the back. according to Ford specs(in the F150 brochure) it's less than 2' taller and you have to take into account it sits 3/4" taller due to tires alone. struts a little longer in front on the 4x4?
