Well I bought the wife a mercury mountaineer the other day,AWD,4.6,5 speed trans,nice;) ,but I also noticed on the engine it called for 5w-20 oil as well,just like the f-150. Anyway I asked the service manager at the dealership if they ran 5w-20 in the engines,SHE said no,they ran 5w-30.Well I said,want that void the warranty,she said no.Ok,what about my new Ford truck,again she said no it will not. Great,someone with enough B*ll's to speak the truth. And had to be a woman to do it. Here's looking at you service lady :beers:

To date, here in Louisville, I'll only take my truck to one specific lady at a local dealership. She jumps through very small hoops to make me happy. Nothing wrong with having a lady at the helm if you ask me.... espcially when they're providing top-notch service!
