In for service
Do think is it possible that it was an early build problem? or is it happening to trucks just build recently aswell? Cause it would suck to have your bed blow off when going down the highway!
TruBluScru,
I don't think that it is unusual for the bed to vibrate slightly when the tailgate is opened or closed. The shaking is not dampened immediately, but continues for a few seconds. I was opening and closing the gate while we were standing there just to show them the vibration on a smaller scale. That is when they noticed that the frame was moving in the same manner. The manager did drive my truck and noticed that the vibration was greatly exagerrated going over road imperfections even in the parking lot.
