Where is the computer module/panel?

Could someone please tell me where the computer module/panel is in the F-150? I lost my wallet card that had my door keypad combination on it and the manual says that it is also listed on the computer module or panel, I can't remember which one. Pages 92 & 93 in the manual, I think.

Figures. I still had my wallet card for my '98 Explorer when I sold it a few weeks ago. Had that for five years. Lost this one in five days. I spent all day yesterday looking for it. Drove me nuts. Then just to tease me, when I got in my loaner today, I opened up the glove box to look for the registration and instead I pull out the wallet card for the loaner's keypad. Tease!

Thanks

Is it possible to change the keypad numbers? I would like to make them the same as the garage door keypad numbers. Like everyone else, my head is full of numbers these days.

You can add your own personal 5 digit code, but the factory set code is there for life. Your own code can be removed and changed as often as you like though.

Gig, I *think* it's on the firewall under the hood, near the battery...could be just something that looks like a computer though. Happy hunting.

Must be a phone number for Ford to get answers to these types of questions, I want to know if the audiophile radio can control an automatic antenna, that is, only pop up when the radio is in use....

Yeah, I was checking around there, saw a lot of numbers, but not the ones I was looking for. I remember the first two numbers of the code, and they weren't there. I called my dealer. Book says that they should also have it. She's off today. I'm so pi$$ed I lost that. No idea where it could be.

Bueller?

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

Does anyone know where I can find the computer module? I still can't find it.

Thanks:(

Well fellas, you can forget about my above question. The dealer had my keypad number on file, so all is good now. Though, I am surprised nobody knew where this computer module was. This is one of the only times I've seen everyone stumped.

Behind the rightside passenger floor kick panel

No, that's the fuse box. We're looking for the computer module. My friend said it is near the battery, attached to the fire wall, under the hood. I saw something, but it didn't have the number on it.

The number is not on the engine computer module.
It is on the remote keyless entry module.

And i still can't help you find it.

The manual said the computer module. I was just going by that.

Guigster, I believe the remote keyless system is controlled by the Vehicle Security Module. This module is located behind the left-rear interior trim panel on regular cabs, and behind the rear trim panel (behind the rear seat) on Super Cabs and Super Crews.

jeepsbeme is right on both counts.
