This is my first post, but I've enjoyed this site for quite some time. I currently have an 02 F150 XLT Supercap but just had to have the 04 after first hearing it was comming out and seeing it on Ford website back in June. I really liked the beefier appearance.

I ordered my 2004 F150 Lariat 4X2 (Aspen Green - Monotone)exactly eight weeks ago today and the dealer has received it. I'll have to wait until at least Wednesday to pick it up. I debated long and hard whether I wanted the dealer's body shop to paint the lowever half beige and have decided to do it. I agree that the two tone will help "slim down" the look and give it a more sporty appearance.

The truck also came with the new, supposed, chrome tubular running boards. I'm having those replaced with the dealer installed chrome tubular's. I can't explain why, but they just look better to me.

I can't wait to get behind the wheel.

You'll have them by weeks end (assuming I can figure out how to load them in here). I haven't seen any good pictures of an Aspen Green/Beige truck in this site so perhaps it'll help some folks make a decision on a color.
