Well it FINALLY got here today. I pick it up tomorrow before noon. I went by and took care of the paperwork today and looked it over, it still had plastic on the seats and inside. Thanks BigMacFx4, you made the wait bearable!!

BTW, you guys NEED to check into the AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) rebate. If you are a member you get a $500.00 rebate. It only costs $30.00 to join, and you get your I.D. card in less than a week. Hey I'll spend $30.00 to get $500.00 anyday. Besides my wife is into horses and rides once or twice a week anyhow, she'll like the magazine.

Part of what I love with this forum is the wealth of information available! When I go to get my truck next year (oh! that sounds way too far away when said that way) I'll also join the AQHA. My wife also rides, teaches, trains... so I'm sure she'll get something out of it too.

Do you know if the discount offer is available nation wide...or at least in North Carolina as well? And, did you have your final price determined before mentioning that you were a member and therefore claiming the discount? Thanks!

Cheers.

AHQH Rebate

I believe that it is a nationwide offer. I don't know how long it lasts. I ended up paying (with the $500.00 AHQA rebate) about $600.00 under invoice price. I am VERY happy with the price I paid. I dealt with the Fleet manager, NO MUSS NO FUSS this is the price, no haggling. We worked out the price before I ordered and I mentioned the AHQA about 2 weeks ago and she said no problem. She even tried to find any new rebates today before we closed, sadly AHQA was the only one available to me. She cooked the #'s a litttle so it worked out for a VERY good price to me. I would recommend her ANY time.

Wow! If I get a deal like that I think I just might do a dance in the showroom! And, no, I don't ordinarily dance. :D

Cheers.

You must be a member of the AQHA for at least 30 days before taking delivery of your ford vehicle to get the rebate. Just having the id card is not enough.

The deal is nationwide.

No offense, BUT!

I have been an AQHA member for ONE WEEK and I got the rebate!! The card only shows expiration, not original membership start date. I joined on October 6, and I closed on my truck yesterday October 13. For all the dealer will know is that you recently renewed.
