Ford Survey ?

Late last week I got a Quality survey from the dealer. Today I got 1 from Ford. Have not read it yet, doubt responding will do any good but I am going to tell them I love the truck and hate their customer communications.

Ordered 4/7
Built 7/17
Delivered 9/9
(probably after sitting in that lot down in Virginia Beach!)

Other inputs?

I sent it in saying basically the same thing but i also wrote a long two page letter expressing my unhappiness with my dealer and salesman and sent it to ford and to the manager of the dealership. Your right, probably won't do any good other than make me feel better.

Hey Guys,

It just so happens that I live right between the two of you.

Anyhow, back in '97 I bought a truck from Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie. I've bought 5 new trucks from them, but only because the price is right. The guys are no brain surgeons. Since salesman turnover is constant, I seem to get a different one for each truck. This particular salesman had a major attitude with me from the start and when my survey arrived, Skippy got some low marks. A few months later I stopped in for service and was confronted by this guy who pulled a copy of the survey that I completed out of the top drawer of his desk. It was almost like he was waiting for day I returned! He essentially threw it in my face, asking me "what's this"? It nearly got ugly at that point. It seems that Ford took this very seriously and sent the survey directly to him.
Man, he was pissed and he probably had 50 lbs. on me, but I think I could've taken him!

Gee, I bet he really changed your mind about his attitude huh? "Hey, before I go, where are the blank survey forms?"

Please let me have the same outcome with my survey and letter!

My survey came in the mail several weeks after I took delivery.

Question RDA Group Survey

Has anyone received a survey from this group?

It is an eight page survey. :o The questions are more specific than the ones from Ford. (Sections on every mechanical and electrical system.)
The survey states that the results go to the automotive industry to improve the quality of vehicles in the future.

Best regards.
