Low interest on 04's

This may be old news to some of you, but I recieved my Edmunds newsletter this morning and it confirmed that Ford will offer low interest loans on the 04 F150. 2.9% for 36 mo., 3.9% for 48 mo., 4.9% for 60 mo. Just thought I'd pass that along.

Basically, that means no incentive. My credit union already offers 3.99% to those who qualify for up to 60 months.

Financing

My Credit Union gave me 3.99 % for 72 months!

CREDIT ONE offered to beat them by .05 % (3.94) but no more
so I elected to stay with my small local CU.

Then CU offered 3.9 for 72 months!

Good post, jstevens - I just checked with my dealer and they have as low as 3.2 (buy rate, my rate!)) for 60 mo. for those with the absolutely top credit rating.

You're right. I shopped around and I've found much better rates from lending institutions than ford is offering. That's what's making me a little nervous about buying right from the start. I still feel that shortly after the "new" wears off these trucks ford will have to offer rebates or really low interest to stay competitive.......... I just really don't want to wait. I had one dealer say that they would be selling trucks for sticker price. I said..."Not to me you won't."
