10 Error codes show up on one day......HELP!
 

Hello, so my 01 Supercrew (5.4V8) with 200k miles went in for its annual state inspection. I knew i needed brakes, but hoping it would pass as i barely use it until hunting season. It failed inspection because my ARE Camper shell break light was faded. When i got it home, i realized my rear daylight running lights were not working. Both bulbs looked like they were blown (blackened bulbs). Then my engine light came on and 10 codes popped up. I unplugged the battery, checked all fuses, cleared the codes. Now these 8 codes came back and the engine is running rough. I am afraid to drive it, but something tells me it may be an easy fix. Here are the codes: I find it crazy that all 4 O2 sensors went bad at one time. Could it be the Cat Converter? I think there may be something wrong with my turn signal/highbeam switch as it feels loose and i already replaced it before. By brother thinks it is the alternator, but just not sure what to do. I am leery of towing it to a single repair shop as they may take advantage of the situation because it was towed there and not safe to drive. Check the main harness plug where it goes through the firewall. Could be loose and/or corroded. It may also be a blown fuse, I don't remember offhand which one specifically.

If your alternator is beginning to fail, it's possible that it's creating voltage fluctuations. This can lead to early bulb burnout. Bad alternators don't trigger false codes. With all the short circuit codes it is likely a wiring problem. GLC's suggestion sounds like it may be the common denominator.

Blown fuse, the one that supplies power to all of those components. Seen it a number of times.

Thank you for those who posted and gave me some recommendations. The issues was somewhat self-inflicted, but the post by GLC really helped as i was going through and checking the fuse on 23 in the engine compartment, i realized it was missing. In my scramble to check fuses, i must have placed that fuse somewhere else. I out in the 15 am fuse, reset the codes and the engine is running fine for now. At this point, i have only one more issue, my rear (red) rights still do not work. The turn signal, brake lights and back up light work, but when my front head lights are on, the rear lights are not. Both bulbs looked like they were blown (blackened bulbs), but the turn signal and brake lights still worked. I replaced those builds and still no rear red lights when the front lights are on.

Any idea what to check for if the fuses are good? Is there a relay I should check or simply replace?

Do the front parking (running) and the license plate lights work or not?

Those aren't the parking/running lamps (generally). Switch your light switch to the first position (park) and go look at the front of the truck.
