2000 f150 ?

Hello Fellas! I'm looking to you guys that have done mods that have increased HP on your trucks.
My truck is a 2000 F150 4.6 2 valve Romeo engine internally stock with 115k miles on it,but in really good condition. (Auto trans,4x2)

Here are the following things that I have added to to my truck

4.10 ring and pinion
SCT X4 Perf. programmer
Volant cold air intake
75mm Throttle Body
True dual exhaust,X-pipe,Borla mufflers.

Here are the next bolt on items I have been considering, but the cost per bolt and the HP increase I will get will vary. What would you do?

1) Flex a lite electric dual fan ?
2) Underdrive pulleys ?
3) Performance MAF in replace of stock.

I would do the dual fan -- it will give some nice crispy ice-cold A/C.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm asking regarding hp gain for the money? ceramic coated headers are 469+labor to install. Very pricey!

To be honest... the next thing you might want to do is save your money, and put a blower of some sort on it.

a procharger is 5600 + 1600 install labor = 100hp

It sounds you are at about it as far as performance goes, if you have custom tunes setup for the octane you run..... unless you do some internal mods or a s/c as mentioned above

I put underdrive pulleys on my old 86 Monte Carlo SS 305 and it might have freed up 5hp. It mostly helps on high rpm engines in the upper ranges.

The cold air package, larger throttle body and Maf won't pay off for the expense.
You already have cold air.

The intake manifold is a long runner to favor lower end torque, so the larger throttle body and Maf can't be utilized for extra air flow.
This motor is about done pulling hard at about 5000 rpm tops. Beyond that the converter is being stressed by centrifugal force,.
Bottom line is you can't force the engine to use any more air than it's displacement can draw, combust and exhaust out.
It's a truck motor not a Mustang motor and only 281 cu/ in.
Good luck.
