I'm going to replace the rest of the plugs and the wires and probably the coil pack too. I checked the top and didnt see anything out of the ordinary.

Thanks.

Rock Auto has Motorcraft parts at a good price (in comparison to elsewhere). Plugs are $2.82, wires are $36.79, and a coil is $64.79.

I'd definitely get Motorcraft wires, but I don't think I'd pay that much for a coil. Aftermarket quality brand should be fine.

Ok got all the plugs and wires replaced, put on dielectic grease and cleared the codes. They havent come back but I'm now getting P0174 in my pending codes. I didnt replace the coil pack since I wanted to see if the wires and plugs were the problem.

That's a lean code. Check for vacuum leaks. Put Techron in the gas to clean the injectors. Check the fuel pressure, change the fuel filter.
