Water dripping above bell housing

When I did my trans swap, I saw a rubber house that was just there. Open ended. Not sure where the other end went to, but it seems that I have a steady drip of water coming from it. Any thoughts on what this house is for and is it bad?

That is for the A/C drain.

ok cool. That’s what I thought. I just don’t remember it drippings as much as it is.
