2001 F150 lift - just another inch or 2

I have a 2001 Super Crew f150 with a 3 inch body lift and 35s. I would like to go to 37s but I doubt I can do that with just the 3 inch lift. What would be my best option to get another inch or 2 without trashing my current body lift? Or is it even possible? Thank you!
