HEGO Sensor fuse

I got a 2003 F150 V6 4.2L Sports Edition Got clutch changed on my truck then after everything was done and put back together drove a little then ac clutch on compressor isn't engaging, speed sensor went out or not reading, and code reader says intake manifold runner control stuck closed.
All the codes are P0340 P1519 P0443 P1451 P0722 P0720 P1460 P0135 P0141 P0155 P0161 P1409 P1131 P1151 P0171 P0174
Any advice would help
It's a 2003 F150 V6 4.2L with M5OD (manual 5 speed with Over Drive transmission)
Today I changed the A/C compressor but clutch didnt engage so I jumped it off by connecting it to the battery directly and added 36 oz of R134A but after that I put the connector back on and clutch still didn't engage. Also changed the speed sensor on the end of the transmission but speedometer still didn't work.

See your other thread, I already answered your question there.
